British Columbia issued last ITAs for Tech Pilot candidates in 2019

On December 30, 2019, British Columbia invited new candidates in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, 56 candidates received invitations to apply for a provincial nomination in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. British Columbia issued ITAs to 1,534 Tech Pilot candidates this year. In total, British Columbia invited 9,480 registrants in the BCPNP in 2019.

British Columbia invited 52 Tech Pilot candidates

On December 23, 2019, British Columbia invited new candidates in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Tech Pilot. In this round, BC issued 52 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. British Columbia issued ITAs to 1,503 Tech Pilot candidates in 28 rounds. In total, British Columbia invited 9,449 registrants in the BCPNP in 2019.

BCPNP issued ITAs to 655 registrants

On December 17, 2019, British Columbia issued a new batch of invitations in the BCPNP. 623 candidates have been invited to apply for the provincial nomination. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 92 points, International Graduate – 99 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 79. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 100 points and International Graduate – 103 points. British Columbia also invited 32 new business-candidates. In the new round, BC invited to apply 8 candidates in the Regional Pilot. The lowest score in this round was 112, eight points less than in the previous draw. In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, the province invited 24 candidates with the lowest score of 118, six points higher than on November 12. In total, BC invited 289 entrepreneurs in 2019 and 57 of them were invited via the Regional Pilot. British Columbia invited 9,397 candidates under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

British Columbia had a Tech Pilot draw the second week in a row

On December 10, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new round of invitations in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, BC issued 53 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. BCPNP invited 1,461 Tech Pilot candidates this year. In total, British Columbia issued 8,742 ITAs in 2019.

BC issued ITAs to 63 Tech Pilot candidates

On December 3, 2019, British Columbia invited new candidates in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Tech Pilot. In this round, BC issued 63 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. To date, British Columbia issued ITAs to 1,398 Tech Pilot candidates. In total, British Columbia invited 8,689 registrants in the BCPNP in 2019.

BC issued new invitations in the BCPNP and Regional Pilot

On November 26, 2019, British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP. BC invited 348 candidates to apply for the provincial nomination. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 94 points, International Graduate – 101 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 77. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 100 points and International Graduate – 103 points. British Columbia also invited 7 business-candidates in the Regional Pilot. The lowest score in this round was 120 points. So far, British Columbia issued invitations to 8,626 candidates under all streams of BCPNP in 2019. 

British Columbia invited 56 Tech Pilot candidates

On November 19, 2019, British Columbia invited new candidates in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, 56 candidates received invitations to apply for a provincial nomination in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. British Columbia issued ITAs to 1,335 Tech Pilot candidates this year. In total, British Columbia invited 8,271 registrants in the BCPNP in 2019.

BCPNP issued ITAs to 432 registrants

On November 12, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new round of invitations in the BCPNP. 409 candidates have been invited to apply for the provincial nomination. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 93 points, International Graduate – 100 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 75. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 99 points and International Graduate – 102 points. British Columbia also invited 23 new business-candidates. In the new round, BC invited to apply 5 candidates in the Regional Pilot. The lowest score in this round was 121, eleven points more compared to the previous draw. In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, the province invited 18 candidates with the lowest score of 112, two points lower than in the previous round. British Columbia has already invited 250 entrepreneurs in 2019 and 42 of them were invited via the Regional Pilot. In total, British Columbia invited 8,215 candidates under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

On November 5, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new round of invitations in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this draw, BC issued 67 invitations to apply in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. This year, British Columbia already invited 1,279 Tech Pilot candidates. In total, British Columbia invited 7,783 candidates to apply for the provincial nomination in the BCPNP in 2019.

On October 29, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new round of invitations in the BCPNP. 413 candidates have been invited to apply for the provincial nomination. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 93 points, International Graduate – 100 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 77. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 99 points and International Graduate – 102 points. British Columbia also invited 24 new business-candidates under its two streams for entrepreneurs. In the new round, BC invited to apply 5 candidates in the Regional Pilot. The lowest score in this round was 110, four points more compared to the previous draw. In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, the provincial government invited 19 candidates with the lowest score of 114, one point lower than on September 17. British Columbia has already invited 227 entrepreneurs in 2019 and 37 of them were invited via the Regional Pilot. In total, British Columbia invited 7,716 candidates under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

BC invited 62 candidates in the Tech Pilot

On October 22, 2019, British Columbia held a new invitation draw in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, BC invited 62 candidates in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories traditionally was 90 points. British Columbia already issued ITAs to 1,212 Tech Pilot candidates in 2019. In total, BCPNP invited 7,279 candidates to apply for the provincial nomination.

British Columbia invited 277 candidates in the new draw

On October 15, 2019, the government of British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP. This time, 277 candidates received invitations to apply for the provincial nomination. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 94 points, International Graduate – 99 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 80. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 102 points and International Graduate – 102 points. In total, British Columbia invited 7,217 registrants under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

BC invited a new batch of Tech Pilot candidates

On October 8, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new invitation round in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, BC invited 64 candidates in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories traditionally was 90 points. This year, British Columbia already invited 1,150 Tech Pilot candidates. BC also invited 7 new business-candidates under the Entrepreneur Immigration Stream – Regional Pilot. The lowest score in this round was 106. In total, British Columbia has already invited 32 candidates via the Regional Pilot.

In the new round, BC invited 402 candidates under the BCPNP

On October 1, 2019, the immigration authorities of British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP. 402 candidates received invitations to apply for the provincial nomination in this round. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 92 points, International Graduate – 97 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 78 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 97 points and International Graduate – 101 points. In total, British Columbia invited 6,869 registrants under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

BC issued invitations to apply to 65 Tech Pilot candidates

On September 24, 2019, British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, the provincial immigration authorities invited 65 candidates in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories traditionally was 90 points. In total, British Columbia invited 1,086 Tech Pilot candidates in 2019. So far, British Columbia issued 6,467 invitations under all streams of BCPNP.

38 entrepreneurs invited in the two streams of British Columbia

On September 17, 2019, British Columbia invited 38 new business-candidates under its two streams for entrepreneurs. In the new round, BC invited to apply 8 candidates in the Regional Pilot. The lowest score in this round was 108, three points lower compared to the previous draw. In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, the provincial government invited 30 candidates with the lowest score of 115, five points higher than on August 20. In total, British Columbia has already invited 196 entrepreneurs in 2019 and 25 of them were invited via the Regional Pilot.

British Columbia invited 481 registrants of the BCPNP

On September 17, 2019, British Columbia had a new invitations round of the BCPNP. In this round, 481 registrants received invitations to apply for the provincial nomination. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 92 points, International Graduate – 97 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 77 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 97 points and International Graduate – 101 points. In total, British Columbia invited 6,402 registrants under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

BC invited 57 Tech Pilot candidates in the new draw

On September 10, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new draw for the Tech Pilot candidates of the BCPNP. In the new round, BC invited 57 registrants in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories again was 90 points. So far, British Columbia invited 1,021 candidates via Tech Pilot in 2019. In total, BCPNP issued 5,883 invitations under all its streams this year.

British Columbia breaks a new record in the new draw

On September 3, 2019, British Columbia issued invitations to 546 registrants of the BCPNP. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 93 points, International Graduate – 98 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 77 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 96 points and International Graduate – 100 points. In total, British Columbia invited 5,826 registrants under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

63 candidates have been invited in the new BC’s Tech Pilot draw

On August 27, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new draw for the Tech Pilot candidates of the BCPNP. This time, the province invited 63 registrants in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. Since the draw on April 16, the lowest score in Tech Pilot is always 90 points. British Columbia has already invited 964 Tech Pilot registrants in 2019. In total, BCPNP issued 5,280 invitations under all of its streams this year.

British Columbia invited 24 business candidates in two streams

On August 20, 2019, British Columbia issued 24 invitations to apply to the candidates under Business Immigration streams. The province invited to apply 6 candidates in the Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot BC. The lowest score in this round was 111, the same as on July 30. In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, British Columbia issued 18 invitations and the lowest score was 110, four points lower than in the previous round. In total, British Columbia has already invited 158 business candidates in 2019.

The largest draw in BCPNP: 527 ITAs in the new round

On August 20, 2019, British Columbia held the largest draw in 2019 for candidates of the BCPNP. The total number of candidates invited in this round is 527. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 95 points, International Graduate – 100 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 77 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 100 points and International Graduate – 102 points. In total, British Columbia invited 5,217 candidates under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

British Columbia issued 61 invitations to Tech Pilot registrants

On August 13, 2019, British Columbia held a new draw for the Tech Pilot candidates of the BCPNP. In this round, the province issued 61 invitations for Tech Pilot candidates in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 ten rounds in the row. In 2019, British Columbia has already invited 901 Tech Pilot candidates. In total, BC PNP issued 4,666 invitations under all of its streams this year.

British Columbia issued 238 invitations in the new round of BCPNP

On August 6, 2019, British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP. The total number of candidates invited in this round is 238. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 100 points, International Graduate – 105 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 80 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 110 points and International Graduate – 105 points. British Columbia has already invited 4,605 candidates to apply for the provincial nomination under all streams of BCPNP.

British Columbia released a BC PNP 2018 Statistical Report

On August 1, 2019, British Columbia published BC PNP 2018 Statistical Report. The report provides a range of data about the program, including nominations, occupations, salaries, countries of origin, and regional distribution of nominees in the province. In 2018, the BC PNP received 7,507 applications: 7,412 Skills Immigration applications (98.7%) and 95 Entrepreneur Immigration applications (1.3%). This is a 2.7% increase from 2017 when the program received 7,307 applications and a 40% increase from 2016 (5,363 applications received). The BC PNP was initially allocated 6,250 nominations from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for 2018. However, BC PNP was allowed to nominate an additional 250 applications, raising the total allocation for the year to 6,500. In 2017, BC nominated 6,000 candidates.

British Columbia invited 28 entrepreneurs in two streams

On July 30, 2019, British Columbia issued 28 invitations to apply to the candidates under Business Immigration streams. In the Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot BC invited 6 candidates and the lowest score was 111. In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, BCPNP issued 22 invitations and the lowest score was 114. This year British Columbia has already invited 134 business immigrants. In total, the provincial authorities invited 4,367 candidates in 2019. The quota allocated to the BC this year is 6,500 spots.

70 candidates invited in the new BC PNP Tech Pilot round

On July 30, 2019, British Columbia held a new draw for the candidates in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, BC issued 70 invitations for Tech Pilot candidates in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. In the ninth round in a row, the lowest score in all four categories was 90. In 2019, British Columbia issued 840 invitations via Tech Pilot. In total, in 2019, BC has already invited 4,367 candidates under all of its streams.

In the eighth round in a row, the lowest score in all four categories was 90. In 2019, British Columbia issued 770 invitations via Tech Pilot. In total, in 2019, BC has already invited 4,078 candidates under all of its streams.

On July 9, 2019, British Columbia issued a new batch of invitations to apply to the candidates in the BCPNP. The total number of invitations issued in this round is 218. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 105 points, International Graduate – 105 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 80 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 110 points and International Graduate – 105 points. In total, British Columbia invited 4,005 foreigners to apply for the provincial nomination in 2019.

In this round, BCPNP issued 57 invitations in the four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. Six rounds in a row, the lowest score in all four categories was 90. In 2019, British Columbia invited 655 candidates in the Tech Pilot program. In total, BC has already issued 3,745 invitations this year under all its streams.

270 invitations were issued on June 18 in BC

On June 18, 2019, British Columbia issued a new draw in the BCPNP. The total number of invitations issued in this round is 270. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 95 points, International Graduate – 100 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 75 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 105 points and International Graduate – 104 points. Since the beginning of 2019, British Columbia invited 3,688 foreigners to apply for the provincial nomination.

British Columbia invited 25 entrepreneurs in two streams

On June 13, 2019, British Columbia issued 20 invitations to apply to the candidates under the Entrepreneur Immigration stream and 5 invitations to the candidates under Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot. The lowest score for the candidates in the Base Category was 117, while in the Regional Pilot – 118. BCPNP invited 106 entrepreneurs as of today. In total, the provincial authorities invited 3,418 candidates under all streams of BCPNP in 2019.

On June 11, 2019, British Columbia held a new round of invitations for the candidates in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, BCPNP issued 57 invitations in the four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. Fifth-round in a row, the lowest score in all four categories was 90. In 2019, British Columbia invited 598 candidates in the Tech Pilot program. In total, BC has already issued 3,393 invitations this year.

The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 95 points, International Graduate – 100 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 75 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 105 points and International Graduate – 104 points. In total, British Columbia invited 3,336 candidates in 2019.

In this round, BC issued 63 invitations in the four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90, just as in three previous Tech Pilot draws. In 2019, British Columbia has invited 541 candidates in the Tech Pilot program. In total, BC has already issued 3,062 invitations this year.

On May 22, 2019, British Columbia issued new invitations to apply to the candidates in the BCPNP. The total number of invitations issued in this round is 234. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 95 points, International Graduate – 100 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 75 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 105 points and International Graduate – 105 points. In total, British Columbia invited 2,999 candidates in 2019.

77 Tech Pilot candidates invited in the new draw

On May 14, 2019, British Columbia issued invitations to the candidates in the BCPNP Tech Pilot. In this round, BCPNP issued 77 invitations in the four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90, just as in two previous Tech Pilot draws. In 2019, British Columbia has invited 478 candidates in the Tech Pilot program. In total, BC has already issued 2,765 invitations this year.

British Columbia invited 187 economic candidates and 20 entrepreneurs

On May 7, 2019, British Columbia issued new invitations to apply in the BCPNP. The total number of invitations issued in this round is 187. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 95 points, International Graduate – 105 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 75 points. In the Express Entry British Columbia category, the scores were: Skilled Worker – 105 points and International Graduate – 105 points. Also, on the same day, BCPNP invited 20 candidates in the Entrepreneur Immigration stream. The lowest score for this round was 109. This was the fourth draw in the BCPNP Entrepreneur Stream this year. British Columbia invited 81 entrepreneurs as of today. In total, the provincial authorities invited 2,688 candidates in 2019.

On April 23, 2019, British Columbia issued new invitations to apply to the candidates in the BCPNP. The total number of invitations issued in this round is 157. The scores in the Skills Immigration category were: Skilled Worker – 95 points, International Graduate – 105 points, and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker – 75 points. 71 candidates invited in British Columbia under the Tech Pilot

On April 16, 2019, British Columbia has issued invitations to apply to the candidates in the BCPNP Tech Pilot.
